Ron Marsiglio, President of Teledyne Benthos, Inc. will present one company's journey from a traditional Phased Gate Product Development Process to a Knowledge Based Product Development Process. He will explain the problems they had with the Phased Gate Process and why and how they decided to pursue Knowledge Based Product Development. Furthermore, the presentation will cover:
- Understanding and applying the LAMDA (Look, Ask, Model, Discuss, Act) process to uncover true knowledge of customer interests before starting product design.
