The 2008 Lean Product and Process Development Exchange was a landmark event in the history of lean product development. We brought together over a hundred lean product development thought leaders, practitioners and explorers for three days of learning, dialogue and knowledge creation.

We have some new things planned for the 2009 conference:

• Executive Forum for senior leaders to share their experiences and engage in dialogue with the thought leaders about how to drive lean product development throughout the organization.
• Drill down sessions targeted at beginner, intermediate and advanced lean product development practitioners.
• A3 Hall of Fame: Outstanding examples of A3 reports from lean product development practitioners.

We are currently in the process of finalizing the agenda for the 2009 conference. The Agenda page reflects the latest information about the program. In the fall, we will host three webinars on the basics of lean product development, produced by Katherine Radeka and hosted by Dr. Durward Sobek of Montana State University.
