Jonas Jaconelli, Senior Agile Coach and Change Leader at Aliby – Win or Survive

We live in a complex and ever-changing world. The challenges we face are becoming increasingly interconnected and difficult to solve. In this environment, it is more important than ever to make informed decisions about how we invest our time and resources.

Short-term changes can be helpful in addressing immediate problems. However, they may not address the root cause of the problem or lead to sustainable change. Long-term changes can be more challenging to implement, but they can lead to more lasting results.

In my speech, I will discuss the challenges of making decisions in a complex environment and the factors to consider when choosing between short-term and long-term change. I will also provide an example of my latest long-term change initiative at one of my clients.

My speech will help you to make informed decisions about how to invest your time and colleagues in a long-term change.
