Integral Program Delivery System

From scrum to portfolio kanban: a real-life case to create flow in aircraft galley equipment development. This is all about creating flow in a multi department /multi project environment by synchronizing teams and priorities on three levels: from portfolio to daily execution and in between.

Basic Lean product development, practical but with connections to Lean NPD literature with an integral view and made up to date by making the connection with Agile / Scaled agile. Visual management itself does not have to be promoted anymore, but there’s is a lot of interesting stuff to talk about like how do you connect it to portfolio management, what are the do’s and dont’s of Hardware teams copying agile methods?

Siego de Sitter is passionate about Lean PDD and has have been studying, practicing and implementing it for more than fifteen years. He has developed and conducted a successful training Lean Product Development for a renowned institute in the Netherlands, running it now for the ninth time.
