Amer Catic, Lean Agile CEO at Yolean
Using Visual Management to Transform an Administrator to a Leader
Studies show that miscommunication causes over 80% of late and costly changes. Simultaneously other studies show that project managers spend majority of their time on communication. How can communication inside project teams be improved while simultaneously reducing its administrative burden on project managers?
The presentation shows a practical and proven method for organising internal team communication. It utilises the benefits of visual management with power of digitalisation to make communication more effective while simultaneously reducing the time needed to administer it. We show data collected from over 100 construction projects along with testimonials from project managers to illustrate the effects.
Key take away: Visual planning utilising pull with questions + ownership is key!
