Peter and Juha represent the two organization who organize these virtual online events and will moderate the Virtual Summit.

Åke Sundelin, Director, Strategy Development & Execution at Ericsson
How Ericsson develop and build their culture through purpose, values and principles
The presentation will focus on 20 years of experience of educationg and training top managers In a large, global, high-tech company in a fierce competition striving to lead the development.
Åke Sundelin works at the Ericsson CTO office as director for strategy development and execution. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in product development ranging from project- and project office manager positions and development center manager positions. From 2008 Åke has been the driver of the Ericsson Develop Strategy covering the WoW perspective of Product Management and Product Development. In parallel he also works part time as one of the teachers for the Ericsson Product Development Leadership training, which is an applied training program for leading large scale system development in a VUCA world and which is one of the highest rated training programs in Ericsson. He also work as project- and content lead for the Ericsson Technology Conference and the Ericsson Developer Conference. Åke is also working with internal- and external knowledge sharing and e.g. holds a position on the board of the SDLC (Steve Denning Learning Consortium).

Anders Hugnell has a Ph.D. in ME with focus on product development and Lean. Anders has over 25 years of experience in running both academic and industrial training programs in OPEX, Lean, product development. He started and ran the KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) Lean center for three years. Anders has also written books on Lean Management and he has been keynote speaker at several conferences in different countries.

Purpose and Culture
Mike and Ben will co-present their latest findings within the area of purpose and culture. Mike will reflect and give examples of supporting organizations with Lean Culture transformations focusing on the roles of Executive Management and Human Resources and how the quality people value stream connects to the production value stream.
Mike Hoseus Executive Director for the Center for Quality People & Organizations (CQPO), an organization developed in 1999 as a vision of Toyota Motor Manufacturing to share Lean Quality philosophy and human resource practices with education, business, and community organizations.
Mike is an adjunct professor with the University of Kentucky’s Center for Manufacturing, the University of Dayton’s Center for Competitive Change and a member of the faculty of Lean Enterprise Institute. Prior to CQPO, Mike was a corporate leader for 13 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing’s Georgetown, Kentucky, plant both in Human Resources and Manufacturing.
Mike is the co-author of "Toyota Culture: The Heart and Soul of the Toyota Way". He currently supports organizations with Lean Culture transformations focusing on the roles of Executive Management and Human Resources and how the quality people value stream connects to the production value stream.
Ben Hoseus, Director of Operations (COO) at Adaptive.
Purpose and Culture
Ben Hoseus partners with businesses and organizations on the journey of operational excellence and continuous improvement. I find fulfillment in learning, teaching, and applying principles of servant leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving in order to help address issues of today and the future. I use my experience to guide engagements through coaching, workshop facilitation, and project management with the goal to develop the capability of both people and processes.
As a consultant and advisor he has worked with multinational enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations across Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. I have wide experience in the functions of Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Project Management within a variety of sectors including food, beverage & nutraceutical production, manufacturing, textiles, military equipment, tourism, transportation, professional services, and software development.
Ben continues to improve his skillset across disciplines, and I have completed several industry certifications to expand my capability as a practitioner. He holds an MS in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California along with a BA in Accounting and BA in Business Administration from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. He has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Competitive (Lean) Systems & Practices through Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
