The basis of Lean Product and Process Development comes from the studies of Toyota from 1995-2005 by Allen Ward, Durward Sobek, Jim Morgan, Jeff Liker and Mike Kennedy. These have been applied in different extent in western companies focusing on the main principles;
and methods like knowledge briefs, A3-reports, trade off curves, visual management, chief engineer and much more. But what about agile, digitalization, machine learning and AI?

Have you ever searched for knowledge that should be there? Somewhere? Or doubted if the knowledge you found is really true and verified? Are you struggling about how to find your knowledge gaps? and how do you close them effectively? This workshop will teach you to handle this with a practical and interactive set-up. The basis will be the Wright Brothers challenges when learning to fly.
In the workshop we will learn how to effectively document reusable project knowledge, with the documents generated through definition and execution of the learning plan.
You will come home with very usable tools for your learning toolbox in the Lean Product and Process Development System.
